Blue is one of my favorite colors and I am delighted this video tutorial Strelldmar channel on YouTube with super nice eye makeup in navy and white.
I really like it looks very modern and youthful fit for the day and go to the mall or any other event relaxed. You start making a blue line on the bow, white shadows on the eyelid, apply clear shadows under the eyebrows, apply a black line on the eyelid and the intensified blue. Complement with blue pencil in the lower eyelid, white line inside the eye, reefing and apply mascara, lip tones and ready.
